We ship edible and personal effects excepts items identified as contraband by the destination country. If you are not sure if your item is contraband, please contact us and we can provide guidance.
We encourage items be packed in clear transparent bags such as ziplock, if this is not feasible, regardless, we will pack your shipment for you in a way that guarantees its safety.
Raretreasure Palace Logistics can insure your package for the value of 1% or #10,000 (whichever is more) of the total declared value during acceptance of your package for shipping.
Airline delay, inclement weather, customs inspection and other instances beyond our control can account for packages arriving late, in such situation, we will ensure to provide updates and realistic timeline.
We will be responsible for packages lost in transit up to #10,000 except there was additional insurance on the package.
